Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information TW Real Estate collects through this website, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. I have tried to keep it plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, email me at tanner@tannerwashington.ca and I will explain it.

Tanner Washington is a REALTOR® with Boyes Group Realty Inc.. This policy covers the personal information handled through this website. Information you share directly with the brokerage through other channels may also be subject to the brokerage's own privacy practices.

What information I collect

I only collect the information you choose to give me through the forms on this site. Depending on which form you use, that can include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• A property address, if you use the home valuation form
• The message or details you write in a contact or inquiry form
• What you are looking for in a home, if you use the saved search form — the areas you are considering, your price range, property types, bedroom and bathroom minimums, features that matter to you, and how soon you are looking

I do not ask for and do not collect sensitive financial information, government identification, or payment details through this website. There are no user accounts to create and nothing to buy on this site.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your question or request
• Provide the real estate services you have asked about, such as discussing a potential sale, purchase, or home valuation
• Follow up with you about that conversation

I do not sell your information. I do not use it for unrelated marketing, and I do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who your information is shared with

Your information is kept to what is needed to respond to you and provide the service. The parties that may handle it are:

• Boyes Group Realty Inc. — as a REALTOR®, I work under this brokerage. Real estate transactions and related records are handled through the brokerage, so your information may be shared with it where that is necessary to provide the service or to meet professional and regulatory requirements.
• Netlify — the forms on this site are processed by Netlify, the service that hosts the website and delivers form submissions to me. Your submission passes through and is stored by Netlify so that it can reach me.
• Person.ally — the contact management system I use to keep track of inquiries and follow up with people properly. When you submit a form, the details you provided are forwarded to Person.ally so that your inquiry does not get lost and I can pick the conversation back up where it left off. To be upfront about the relationship: Person.ally is my own system rather than an outside service I selected from the open market, so your information stays under my control. It is stored in Canada, is used only to manage my own client relationships, is not used for advertising, and is not shared onward from it.
• Google Analytics — this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are read most). This data is aggregated and anonymous. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is separate from the information you submit through a form.

I may also disclose information where I am required to by law or by the rules that govern my profession.

Cookies, analytics, and returning visitors

This site does not use third-party advertising or ad-tracking cookies. The only cookies are those set by Google Analytics to measure site usage in an aggregated, anonymous way. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the site or contact me.

If you have contacted me through a form on this site, or followed a link from an email I sent you, your browser also stores a randomly generated identifier. It is a string of characters with no meaning on its own — it contains nothing about you, and it is not shared with any advertiser or third party. Its purpose is to let me see that someone I am already working with has come back to the site, and which pages they were reading, so that when we next speak I have useful context rather than starting over.

If you have never contacted me, nothing is stored and nothing is recorded. The identifier is created at the moment you submit a form, not when you arrive, so simply reading the site leaves no trace of this kind. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, and doing so does not affect your ability to use the site or reach me.

How long your information is kept

I keep your information only as long as is reasonably needed to respond to you, provide the service you asked about, and meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to real estate professionals and brokerages in Saskatchewan. In practice that means records are kept for seven years, which is the standard brokerage retention period. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or made anonymous.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Saskatchewan privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Withdraw your consent to my use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits and reasonable notice

To make any of these requests, email me at tanner@tannerwashington.ca. I will respond within a reasonable time. If you withdraw consent, I may no longer be able to provide a service that depends on that information, and I will tell you if that is the case.

How your information is protected

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share and limit access to it. No website or online service can promise perfect security, but I do not collect more than I need, and I do not keep it longer than I need to.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
